Wendy Nilsson, M.Ed, CPSI, has served as the Superintendent of the Providence Parks Department for the past nine years, leading a dynamic, multi-departmental team in reimagining the city’s 123 parks, including iconic spaces such as Roger Williams Park, the North Burial Ground, the Museum of Natural History, the Roger Williams Park Zoo, the Gateway Visitors Center, the Botanical Center, the Providence Rink, and numerous historic buildings.
