Without Getting on the Highway

East Siders who have enjoyed the convenience of attending LLC classes and events at Temple Beth-El may have concerns about the move to the Shriners building in Edgewood near Pawtuxet Village in Cranston. But as the headline above says: You can get there from the East Side without getting on the highway – either 195 or 95. See the route suggestions and maps below.

(East Bay folks: Take the Henderson Bridge to the East Side, continue straight on Angell Street, turn left on Brook Street and follow directions below.)

  • Take Hope Street, Brook Street, or Benefit Street to Wickenden Street
  • Turn right (west) on Wickenden Street
  • Cross the Point Street Bridge
  • Turn left at the first light onto Eddy Street
  • Bear left at the fork and proceed south on Allens Ave (1A) for approximately three miles. (At the Cranston line, the road name changes to Narragansett Boulevard.)
  • Turn right on Windsor Road
  • At the end of Windsor Road, turn left on Broad Street
  • Take second right on Rhodes Place and park behind the 1 Rhodes Place building on your right

As you enter the building, enjoy the convenience of abundant parking right near the door.
